Where your data lives

In short
Laivo runs on a few services outside Oman. Each one gets only what it needs for its job, and none of them may use your work for anything else. This page lists them. The privacy policy says what we collect and why.
The services

How long Laivo keeps things
- Your account and designs: until you delete them or close your account. A closed account is deleted in Laivo’s next daily run.
- Trash: designs you delete stay in Trash for 30 days, then they’re deleted for good.
- Backups: what is deleted may stay in backups for up to 30 days.
- A photo sent to an AI tool: kept only until the AI service answers, then deleted. The result is kept only once it is in your design.
- Payment events: the messages about your plan from Lemon Squeezy are kept for 90 days.
- A student ID photo: deleted 30 days after it is decided.
- An organisation that ends: its work can be read and downloaded for 6 months (or undone for 30 days when the owner closes it), then it is deleted.
- Designs made from a prompt: the admin page lists the last 50, with the email that made each one and its title, to check their quality. Each one drops off as new ones are made.
For organisations
An organisation’s owner accepts our data processing agreement, which says what Laivo may do with the organisation’s work and what it must do to protect it.
